Four vaccines.
Different reasons to consider them.

Start with the essentials, then explore the details. Your age, health and vaccination history help the clinician advise what’s right for you.

Make it yours

A little planning.
A lot less guesswork.

Build a private vaccination plan or explore the NHS route first. Choosing a vaccine here doesn’t confirm that you need it.

01 Choose what you’d like to discuss

You can plan more than one vaccination. The clinician checks which are appropriate and whether separate visits are needed.

Already had one of these vaccines? Tell the team before booking: another dose may not be needed.

NHS or private?

The right route.
Clearly explained.

You shouldn’t have to guess where to start. NHS eligibility is specific to each vaccine, and being eligible does not mean every pharmacy can provide it.

Timing matters

More than a winter clinic.

Flu vaccination is seasonal. NHS COVID-19 vaccination follows campaign dates; private COVID-19 appointments depend on suitability and stock. RSV and pneumococcal vaccination follow different schedules and are not simply annual winter boosters.

We’ll check when you last had a vaccine and help you understand the next step.

Good to know

A few questions,
answered.

Can I have more than one vaccine together?

Sometimes. Flu and COVID-19 can be given together, and other combinations may be possible. RSV and flu are not usually given together in older adults, although a clinician may advise otherwise. A combined plan may need separate appointments. Your clinician checks the timing rather than automatically giving every selected vaccine at once.

Does the pneumonia vaccine prevent all pneumonia?

No. Pneumococcal vaccines protect against particular pneumococcal bacteria. They do not protect against every cause of pneumonia. The product and number of doses depend on your health and previous vaccination.

What should I bring?

Bring details of your current medicines, allergies and previous vaccinations, and any NHS invitation you have received. Wear clothing that allows access to your upper arm. Let us know if you need help accessing the pharmacy.

What if I’m unwell or have had a reaction before?

Contact the team before attending if you have a high temperature or feel unwell, or if you have had an allergic reaction to a vaccine. The clinician will advise whether to rearrange or use a different service.

Can I pay online?

Yes. Pay by debit or credit card on our booking page for eligible private vaccination appointments. Payment is captured only after your appointment is confirmed. NHS flu and COVID-19 appointments are free.

What are the usual side effects?

A sore arm, tiredness or a headache can occur; effects differ by vaccine. Your clinician will explain the patient leaflet, including uncommon serious reactions and when to seek help. No vaccine provides complete protection.
