NHS appointments

NHS flu and COVID-19 bookings are free for eligible patients. Your pharmacist checks current programme eligibility, previous doses and clinical suitability. A booking does not guarantee vaccination. If you are not eligible, we will explain your options; you will not be automatically charged or switched to a private service.

Private appointments

Your price covers assessment and one dose of each selected vaccine, if suitable. Two or more different eligible private vaccines receive a 10% discount. NHS vaccines do not count towards the discount. Flu and RSV may require separate visits; contact the pharmacy before booking this combination.

Payment

Your bank may request authentication or place a temporary authorisation hold. We confirm your appointment in the calendar before capturing payment. Save the reference on the confirmation screen. If verification is delayed, check the existing booking rather than paying again.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Please give 24 hours’ notice where possible. There is no cancellation or missed-appointment fee at launch. If no vaccines have been given, you may request a full refund or rearrange. If the selected vaccination is unsuitable or unavailable, we refund the amount paid for the vaccination not provided, without a consultation deduction. Any alternative and price must be agreed with you first.

We aim to initiate approved refunds to the original payment method within five working days. Your card issuer determines when the money appears. No administration or processing fee is deducted. Vaccinations already administered cannot be refunded for a change of mind. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Booking help

Contact the pharmacy to change or cancel an appointment. Online self-service appointment management and automatic reminder emails are not yet available.
